We get it, you want your order fast and so do we! We do our best to get orders out the door ASAP. Most orders placed before midday go out the same day, or the next business day at the latest. During busy periods things might take a little longer and occasionally we might need to check in with you before we can send your parcel but once we're sorted, it'll be on its way!
Postage & Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email. If you haven't seen it within 2 business days, give your junk/spam folder a quick look, it might be hiding in there!
If you're not home when your parcel arrives, no worries, a card will be left at your address letting you know where to pick it up.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, just shoot us an email at hello@stobies.com.au and we'll look into it for you.
Please keep in mind that delivery times can be affected by things outside our control... public holidays, weekends, your location, natural disasters, pandemics, customs, Australia Post investigations, and other fun surprises. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
